Everyday Athletes provides one-on-one coaching for running and strength training either online or face-to-face for locals of the Nelson, Tasman areas.
Each program is uniquely designed based on individual needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses – no cookie cutter, one size fits all programs here!
Locals (Nelson/Tasman Area):

Where…is Everyday Athletes?
We are based in Nelson, our group sessions and runs are done around the local area. We are also online on Facebook and Instagram and all our programs are offered electronically for our online clients.
When…can I get involved?
Now! We are ready when you are! Let us know when you are keen to start and we will be in touch to get things rolling.
Locals can expect to catch up in person for initial consultation, while those online can provide all the info we need to get started electronically using photos and videos.
How…much does it cost?
Locals pay just $50 per week to get access to the face-to-face testing, strength sessions and runs and your weekly training program.
Online clients pay only $40 per week for their online strength and running programs.
